At Maypop, we guarantee that all plants sold meet the highest standards of quality available. We hand pick our selections to be the most appropriate varieties for success in our region. We warranty all plants to be in a healthy growing condition, maintained with a strong focus on natural and organic care practices. We do not carry products treated with neonicotinoids or grown from GMO seeds.
RETURN POLICY
Plants are living and need your TLC to stay healthy. Therefore, we do not offer returns on: houseplants, annuals, perennials, herbs & vegetables.

For trees & shrubs that don't thrive within six months of purchase, we can offer a 50% Maypop Garden Shop credit, with proof of purchase.

​Non-living items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
DESIGN HELP
Our sales associates are highly capable of making plant recommendations based on site descriptions &/or photographs. For best support, we do recommend evaluating how many hours of sun is present in the space and which direction the flower bed or window faces.

At this time we do not offer professional design or installation services. We recommend our friends and neighbors at Wallflower Design, Timberline, and Quiet Village Landscaping for larger projects.
